Sherpa is an association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, with its registered office located at 80 quai de Jemmapes, 75010 Paris. It is represented by Juliette Decoster, its chairperson.
Sherpa pays particular attention to the protection of personal data that it collects via its website and/or through any digital or paper medium.
In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, and in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter ‘GDPR’), applicable since 25 May 2018, Sherpa implements appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to protect personal data against alteration, accidental or unlawful loss, unauthorized use, disclosure or access.
