Complaint for complicity in war crimes in Yemen: How could French arms companies be linked to the conflict in Yemen?

27 September 2022 – On 2 June 2022, Sherpa, alongside Mwatana for Human Rights and the European Centre for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR), and with the support of Amnesty International France, filed a complaint before the French courts against three French arms companies, Dassault Aviation, Thales Groupe and MBDA France, calling for the initiation of a criminal investigation for their possible complicity in alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in Yemen.
